The house sits in a residential Cape Coral neighborhood in Lee County. You are not on a canal, and you cannot walk a boat out the back. If your trip depends on gulf-access water, this is the wrong listing — and we would rather say that here than after you book.
What you are close to is the rest of Southwest Florida: Cape Coral restaurants and parks, Fort Myers, and Gulf beaches a drive away. Come for the pool, the dog setup, and a week that is actually a week.
